Jay Towers is seen and heard every morning on Detroit radio and television. He is the host of “Jay Towers in the Morning” on iHeart Media’s 100.3 WNIC and he is the morning anchor of “Fox 2 News Morning.

Jay started his radio career in 1990 at the age of 14 in Toms River, New Jersey. He went on to work in Atlantic City, Grand Rapids and Philadelphia before making Detroit his final stop.

His charity, “Jay’s Juniors” has raised over 1.5 million dollars to take chronic and terminally ill children to Disney World at Christmas time. With a social media following of over 600,000 people, Broadcasting & Cable Magazine named Towers the most socially engaged local TV personality in the country.

An avid ‘Superman’ fan, he is the cohost of “The Caped Wonder Superman Podcast” and played himself in the 2016 film “Batman v Superman”. During Christmas Jay can be heard across the country on his nationally syndicated “Top 30 Holiday Countdown”. Jay is the proud host of countless charity events and functions throughout the year benefiting everything from cancer research and sepsis awareness to childhood hunger and autism.
